Rule 82
Extendable
(1) If someone makes an open application due to the fact that they cannot delay the submission within the time limit specified in this regulation, the head of the office may extend the time limit up to a maximum of twenty one days. If there is a need to extend more than that, only the department or the ministry can extend the deadline.
(2) After the approval of a work contract, if there is a special situation where the time limit for the payment of the deposit taken in accordance with the prescribed conditions should be extended, the office shall obtain permission from its taluk office.
